have the habit of...与 be in the habit of...的意思、用法相同，但是前者没有介词 in ，后者有介词 in，例如：
He has the bad habit of lighting a cigarette every time that his telephone rings .(=He is in the bad habit of lighting a cigarette every time that his telephone rings.) 他有个坏习惯，电话铃一响就点烟。
