under the help of是否正确(不是习惯上要用with吗)

网上有些人说 under the help of=with the help of, 但是我有一道练习题：

_____Ms Zeng,I passed my exam.

A.with the help of B.under the help of C.below

这道题却是选A,可是为什么不可以选B?

“在......的帮助下”应该用with the help of sb.或with sb.'s help，网上under the help of...是不规范的用法。关于这个问题，陈根花老师在答疑网上曾作过较详细的解答：

同意曾老师的解答。商务印书馆2014年9月第1版《英语词语用法详解词典》指出：可以说“He passed the examination with the help of the teacher./ He passed the examination with help from the teacher.”不可说“He passed the examination under the help of the teacher.”
