last time, for the last time, the last time 的用法区别是什么？

网上差了很多资料，可是答案五花八门，我现在都快懵了。

1. last time 是个“副词短语”，表示“上一次”。在句中作时间状语。

We got really bad service in that restaurant last time. 我们上次在那个饭馆得到的服务实在差极了。

When did your father last time paper the room? 上次，你父亲是什么时候用纸裱糊房间的?
2. for the last time 是个“介词短语”，表示“最后一次”，跟for thr first time 相对。在句中作时间状语。

Day had broken, and he cast his net for the last time. 这时天已亮了, 于是他便撒下最后一网。

When I saw him for the last itme, he looked very depressed. 当我最后一次见到他时，他显得很沮丧。

3. the last time 是个“名词短语”。主要作用：①用作先行词，后跟定语从句。② 用作连词，引导时间状语从句。

The last time I saw her was about sixteen years ago.

我上次见她大约是16年前了。（The last time是名词短语作句子主语，I saw her是定语从句）

The last time we moved house there were very few breakages.

我们上次搬家时，几乎没有什么物品破损。（The last time 用作连词。The last time we moved house = When we moved house last time）

作时间状语，意思是“上（一）次”。例如

I wasn't here last time. 上一次我不在这儿。（《麦克米伦高阶英汉双解词典》p.1174）

▲the last time 的用法

(1) 作从属连词，意思是“上次......时”，引导时间状语从句。

He was much better the last time I saw him. 我上次看到他时，他好多了。

The last time I saw her, she was packing cotton in the field. 上一次我看见她时，她正在地里摘棉花。（《英语常见问题解答大词典》）

(2) 后面接定语从句。例如：

Things have changed since the last time (= the most recent occasion) you were here. 你上次来这里之后，情况已经变了。
