give sb back sth=give sth. back to sb 有两种意思：

1.（把某物）归还 送还给某人：

Could you give me back my pen? 把钢笔还给我好吗？

Could you give me my pen back? 把钢笔还给我好吗？

I picked it up and gave it back to him. 我把它捡起来还给他了。

(informal) Give it me back!把它还给我!
