1.宣传标语“Obey the Party, Follow the Party,”implore恳求标语感觉很怪，这里是否与后面的slogan出现了倒装现象？还是我多虑了

2.这里的dressed是过去分词还是谓语动词？像sb be dressed in sth中dress是否是穿衣的意思？那 be dressed in看成整体分析穿着..的衣服？还是说in sth单独分析表示穿着..单独作状语或主语补足语？

1.这里的破折号相当于括号( ),插入了一个句子，句中用了倒装。相当于In the shadow of the local Communist Party village office （“Obey the Party, Follow the Party,” implores a slogan hanging over one basket），amateur ballers sweat it out...

我举个例子：“He's a good boy", said John. 这个倒装结构你应该明白吧？括号部分就相当于这样的句式。implore这里有贬义，西方媒体记者这样写不足为奇。

2. 此句主语是 amateur ballers, sweat 是谓语动词。many dressed in ... 应该是独立主格结构，所以dressed是过去分词. be dressed in 表示穿着什么衣服。in +服装，看作状语或主补都可以。
