过去完成时简单理解为“过去的过去”，属于相对时态，应有一个过去时间点作为参照。

但是下面这种的句子（不止一次见过），用了过去完成时，看不出那个过去的参照点，

也就是说写这句话的时候不是立足现在，而是过去，但是这个过去难以看出来。
