it跟them的用法如何区分

I think the most useful technologies are computers and the Internet, which can make our learning more efficient and we all benefit from it.

想请问老师这句话里面 we all benefit from it 的it 应该是代指 computers and the Internet 这样应该是双数，为什么不用these或者them吗，it不应该是单数吗？

应该什么情况才使用it？这算是因为抽象事物使用it吗？

那你为什么不想想，作者为什么用it, 是不是指代learning呢？
