用一个简单的例子说明。假设姚明是中国最高的男人，我们可以说 Yao Ming is the tallest man in China. 这种最高级的意义也可以用比较级表示出来。例如我们可以说，In China there is no man who is taller than Yao Ming. 或者说，In China there is no man who is as tall as Yao Ming. 你的句子结构类似于最后这个句子，即用no...as ...as...表示最高级意义。as many people为has 的宾语，后面的as从句传统语法分析为比较状语从句，修饰as many；现代语法认为as比较分句作as many的补足语。the one替代的是the superstition，后面的that从句为同位语从句。
