关于某国人的说法
请问各位老师，“他是某国人”该怎样说，比如：他是德国人。
写成：He is German. 还是 He is a German.
那么其他国家的人呢？比如：他是中国人/日本人/法国人/美国人等该怎样写？Chinese/Japanese/French/American前是否要加冠词，谢谢！

备注(2):German当形容词 表示“德国人的/德国的”和“德语的” 表示德国人时，复数为Germans
There are three German women in the park.公园里有2名德国妇女。
German words are also part of English. 德语词也部分英语。
They are all German. 他们都是德国人。
They are all German people. 他们都是德国人。
备注(3):Germany当名词 表示“国家名 即德国”
They are all from Germany.他们都是来自德国。

关于“表示国家名”和“语言名”区别如下
【1】He is from Germany and he speaks German.他来自德国他讲德语。

【3】He is from Japan and he speaks Japanese.他来自日本他讲日语。
【4】He is from France and he speaks French.他来自法国他讲法语。
【5】He is from America and he speaks English.他来自美国他讲英语。

一般来说，以an结尾表示国籍的词，可以是形容词，也可以是名词。如: German， American 复数直接加s. 还有其他一些，如Greek 也直接加s. 以ese 结尾的词，如Chinese, Japanese. 现代英语倾向于用作形容词，不用作名词。如I'm Chinese, 一般不说I'm a Chinese. 尽管有些语法书和词典仍然有名词的用法，但这种用法现在已经不常见。
依据：《柯林斯惯用法词典》第723页对这一用法做出了明确的解释：
国外WR英语论坛的母语网友一致认为，he is a Chinese/Japanese.的用法不准确。
另外法国人，French 用作形容词，可以说He's French. They are French 或者He's a Frenchman/Frenchwoman. They are Frenchmen/Frenchwomen. 不能说They are Frenches. 英国人的说法相同。
美国人可以用名词形式，an American (名词）, 复数是Americans. 当然也可以用形容词形式，如He's American。
