but 后为二个并列的过去分词短语作定语修饰the very scene. 即the very scene被二个定语修饰，一个是which引导的定语从句，一个是过去分词短语。as was usual 为比较分句，通常可以简略为as usual.

句子大意：在我的眼前展现出了一番景色，从我站的那个位置其实能够把景色尽收眼底，但就像往常那样，梦幻的力量为这寻常的景色增添了庄严超凡的色彩。
