can在肯定句中表推测是理论上的可能性

解析说can表示可能，根据语义，我可能有麻烦了。但是can肯定句时表推测是理论上的可能性，和这道题目的语境似乎不太一样。所以觉得这个答案有点别扭，还望解答，感谢。

个人拙见，供参考

注意原题中少了be. I ___ be in trouble.

（1）同意Alven的观点，我觉得这句话用can不妥，如果要表示“可能”，应该用could，may
（2）这题我觉得选A，我一定惹麻烦了，这样解释我觉得能讲得通。
（3）补充一下，肯定句中，can表推测，除了表示“理论上的可能性”，还能指一时的情况，意义为“有时会”

Our house is on the top of the hill, and in winter the winds can be pretty cold. 我们的房子在山顶，所以冬天的风有时会相当冷。

He is a bad tempered fellow, but he can be quite charming when he wishes. 他是个脾气很坏的家伙，但是当他乐意时，他也会十分招人喜爱。
