4 分词的否定式

A问: what is British worker’s number one complaint about working in an office.

B答:It is the printer not working.

上面的working 是现在分词吗？它的否定式是可以直接加not 吗？

It is the printer not working.

应该把以上句子改为下面句子

The printer is not working.这台打印机不工作了。
