moment是一个时间片刻，定语从句的谓语动词是并列的leave 和 sail into... 这个二个动作不可能在一个moment发生，所以moment只能是离开港口并驶入英吉利海峡后的那个时刻，此时leave和sail into都是已经结束了的动作，所以用过去完成时。
