这句话中的插入语为什么把谓语动词提前了呢

这句插入语的谓语动词提前是什么情况呢？还有就是如果这句话是written.... 那是不是就不算插入语，而是过去分词做状语呢？

我用一个简单的句子说明。

The teacher said，“Tom is a good student.” 这个句子中引号内为直接引语，the teacher said 为引述分句，作插入语。插入语可以置于句首、句末，也可以插入句中。例如：

“Tom is a good student,” the teacher said. 引述分句可以采用完全倒装结构：

“Tom is a good student,” said the teacher. 如果直接引语省略引号，则为自由直接引语：

Tom is a good student, said the teacher. 引述分句可以插入到引语中，有逗号分隔：

Tom, said the teacher, is a good student. 你的句子就是这种类型，即主句为自由直接引语，引述分句作为插入语，插入主句中，引述分句采用了倒装结构。
