as和when和while使用辨析

老师，您好！

1)He was watching TV as we ate.

2)He was watching TV while we ate.

3)He was watching TV when we ate.

以上3句含义一样吗？如果不一样：

第一句和第二句是否一样？

第三句是否意味着“等我们吃完了之后，他正在看电视”？

a)He was watching TV as something exploded.

b)He was watching TV when something exploded.

a)和b)这2句含义是否一样？？？

He was watching TV while we were eating. 二个持续性动词同时平行发生，用while引导从句。

He was watching TV when something exploded. 某事正发生时，另一件事突然发生，用when引导。

其他为用词不当，不是差异问题。
