be said to do 的用法：

     （1）There was said te be disagreement between Ministers. 据说，部长之间存在一些意见分歧。(There 是先行主语，was said是被动语态)

     （2）His company is said  to be in trouble. = It is said that his company is in trouble.据说，他的公司陷入了困境。（不能说：They say his company to be in trouble.）
