一个外籍教师给我写的解释，我感觉好像有语病，但他好像习惯这种表述，不知道我感觉对着没？In the example you suggested, "From now "also works as now refers to the current moment . 我认为refers to the current moment作为修饰应该是定语从句或者加个逗号改成并列句，这样写在后面是不是因为变成了两个谓语所以不对？

应改为In the example you suggested, "From now "also works as now，which refers to the current moment . 或者In the example you suggested, "From now "also works as now, (and) refers to the current moment. 请问这个and一般能省略吗？

外教的句子没问题，是你理解出现了偏差。work相当于可以这样用的意思。as=because 引导原因状语从句。该句大概意思是：From now 也可以这样用，因为now指的是现在。
