定语从句的疑惑

Stamp collecting is considered as one of the most popular hobbies that still exist in this modern world.

There was a time when all kinds of people have become interested in stamp collecting and treated it as their personal hobby.

1)...that still exist...这里的exist应该使用三单即exists吗？这个定语从句的先行词应该是单数one (one of the most popular hobbies), 还是应该是复数hobbies呢？搞不清了。

2) ...people have become... 使用现在完成时是否错误，应该改成 people had come...呢？因为前面是There was a time when...

1. Stamp collecting （单数）is considered as one（单数）

2) ...people have become... 使用现在完成时是否错误，应该改成 people had come...呢？因为前面是There was a time when...

——是的，定语从句的时态有误，但不需要过去完成时，不是早于 there was，而是在同一个时间。改为 people became interested...
