more importantly不是插入语。它其实是一个状语成分，其位置通常在句首，作“评注性状语”，表达作者的看法。本句will 之前省略了主语，它本应该在主语之前的。例如：

More importantly, I am also doing this for personal reasons. 更重要的是，我这样做也是出于个人原因。
