作者生活的那个时代，使用倒装句是一种时尚，所以Many places have I lived 这里宾语前置作者用了部分倒装结构。For all that time did I say within myself 这里由于时间状语前置，也用了部分倒装结构。在现代英语中，这二个句子都不再倒装。作者是个文人，喜欢舞文弄墨，行文不拘一格，初学者不适合阅读此类文章。
