annoying  是一个“形容词” 用来描述“某事”的(客观存在)特点，特征，意思： 是令人讨厌，是令人生气，是令人烦恼的，当然也能描述“某人”(客观存在)的特点，也是令人讨厌的。

例如：Tom is very annoying 汤姆非常令人讨厌。

Mary is a very annoying girl .玛丽是一个令人十分讨厌的女孩。

annoyed 是一个形容词，用来描述“某人的”主观感受，意思是：感觉生气，感觉愤怒

例如：Tom is very annoyed now 汤姆现在非常生气

annoying 是使“别人”具有某种情感客观存在的特点。 Tom is annoying .(汤姆令别人很生气)

annoyed 是“自己的”主观感受                           Tom is annoyed.( 汤姆本人很生气)

This interruption is very annoying.这样打岔令人讨厌。

Her most annoying habit was eating with her mouth open.她最让人讨厌的习惯就是张着嘴吃东西。

 You must have found my attitude annoying.你肯定觉得我的态度讨人厌。

The annoying thing about the scheme is that it's confusing.  这项计划可气的地方是它让人一头雾水。

(2) annoyed   adj.生气的；恼怒的;烦恼

 She tapped her forehead and looked annoyed with herself.她拍打着脑门，看上去在生自己的气。

She is hurt and annoyed that the authorities have banned her from working with children. 

当局禁止她从事照管儿童的工作，她为此感到很伤心也很恼怒。

I was annoyed with myself for giving in so easily.我气我自己那么轻易就让步了。

I was annoyed that they hadn't turned up.我恼怒的是他们没有露面。

He was annoyed to find himself going red.他因为发觉自己脸红而懊恼。
