如何理解这句话中fancy的用法

以名胜说，我没到过陶然亭，这多可笑！

Just fancy that I have neglected to visit even Tao Ran Ting, a local scenic attraction!

这句话中fancy是哪种用法呢？

只看到了fancy doing的用法：以fancy doing sth 句式呈现的感叹句通常表示惊奇、出乎意料或难以想像。

和Fancy that! 单独使用的情况。
