with可以引导从句吗

BBC双语新闻里面有这样一段话：

This has the potential to become a humanitarian crisis with those hundreds of people sleeping in tents overnight with the only heat they can get is from camp fires.

后面的with引导的是一个从句吧？我记得with只能是介词不能充当连词，是不能引导从句的，这里是不是出错了？应该怎样才对？

是的，这是一个错句，with后面错误地使用了that从句（虽然没有that）。改正的方法很多，其中之一就是把with改成破折号，让后面的句子作为补充语。This has the potential to become a humanitarian crisis with those hundreds of people sleeping in tents overnight —— the only heat they can get is from camp fires.
