现代语法把with复合结构分析为with后接无动词分句，但这个句子with A and B and C，属于三项并列，那么A，B，C应该是相同的结构，而B和C都是名词词组，所以A不宜分析为无动词分句，而应该把on介词短语分析为定语。

这个句子不难理解呀。with 引导复合结构做方式状语。 a reserve of cavalry and the 1st Ardennes Division和前面的another two on the Willebroek Canal 并列，指的是军队的部署，前面提到有8个师驻守31英里防线，另外有另外3个师增援，还有另外两个师驻守Willebroek Canal附近，还有一个骑兵预备役和一个Ardennes师。就相当于with A and B and C 结构。你称为无动词分句也可以。我一般叫介词复合结构。
