划分主语从句还是宾语从句的问题
请老师们解答一下句子划分的技巧。
比如:who can tell me the question is wrong
划分为who can tell me (the question is wrong)宾语从句?
还是(who can tell me the question) is wrong主语从句？
还是两个划分都可以，意思不一样？
分不清主语从句是在哪里划分，就像上面的例子。

句子开头单词没有大写。此外，句末用句号，还是问号？改为：
Who can tell me the question is wrong?
技巧是：先弄清楚句子意思。然后是：句意决定形式，形式服从内容。你觉得第二种划分，对吗？
