在iphone升级信息里有一句话是这样的：

IOS15 includes bug fixes for your Iphone including an issue where some users could not unlock Iphone with Apple Watch.

有2个语法疑问：

1，where作为关系词引导定语从句应该修饰地点，而先行词issue在这的意思是“问题”，看了它在词典里的词义，也没有作为地点的词义，搜了一下有道词典里的例句，也的确是有issue后面跟where的句子。不明白这是为什么？把where换成that，是否也可以？

2，including作为介词，引领的是后面一整句，说明的是具体存在什么问题。但引领的这一整句是修饰including前面的“your Iphone”，表达你的手机存在这个问题；还是这一整句是跟IOS15 includes bug fixes for your Iphone并行的，表达IOS15为你的手机提供错误修复，包括无法用苹果手表解锁手机的问题。或者这样表示一下可能更清楚，（IOS15 includes bug fixes for）（your Iphone including an issue where some users could not unlock Iphone with Apple Watch.）还是（IOS15 includes bug fixes for your Iphone）（ including an issue where some users could not unlock Iphone with Apple Watch.）

1. issue 后面引导定语从句经常用where, 相当于on/in which. 例如：The issue on which they were most vulnerable was social and cultural issues.

本句中也可以将where替换为that，这就是同位语从句了，但issue接同位语的情形比较少见。如：A defendant will be entitled to be acquitted if he can adduce sufficient evidence to raise an issue that he has taken remedial action within a reasonable period of time if the demand was greater than he originally foresaw. （出自UN report)。

如果先行词做定语从句宾语或主语的情况下，也可以用that/which. 这种情况很普遍，我想你肯定知道。例如：This is the issue that leads you to plant your flag on morals, ethics and proper journalistic behavior?

2.including 引导的部分应该修饰bug fixes.(fix是名词）

1.我在微软必应词典中查到了一个关于issue的解释，你看看是否有助于你的理解：a set of things, for example shares in a company, that are made available to people at a particular time

2.这个including是和前面的your iphone连在一起的。
