There are a large number of optional learning resources on the Internet, which can be watched repeatedly, which is more convenient and flexible.

两个定语从句不能这样并列，需加连词 and，而且 which is 有误。修改如下：

There are a large number of optional learning resources on the Internet, which can be watched repeatedly and (which) are more flexible and convenient.

汉语习惯上说“灵活方便”，故调换位置。
