间接宾语能否由从句充当
请问，间接宾语，能否由从句充当呢？
在目前看到的关于双宾语例句中，大多都非常简单明了，似乎从未见过在“主语+谓语动词+间接宾语+直接宾语”这种情况下由从句充当间接宾语的例句。
想请教诸位老师，是否可以有这样的句子呢？

从理论上讲是可以的。但名词性从句作间接宾语，有点太长了，破坏了句子的匀称。应改为：give sth. to sb. 形式。网友体会一下这两个句子，可以吗？
I will send whoever can accomplish the work the present.
We will give whomever the committee chooses the award.
改为：
I will send the present to whoever can accomplish the work.
We will give the award to whomever the committee chooses.
