1. ID card

ID card 的意思是“身份证”（= identification card）。如：

He flashed his ID card. 他亮了一下自己的身份证。

You can’t get in without your ID card. 你没有身份证就不能进入。

2. student ID card

student ID card 的意思是“学生身份证”，通常简称“学生证”。如：

You can’t get in without a student ID card. 你没有学生证是不能进入的。

Discounts will only be given on production of your student ID card. 须出示学生证方可打折。

3. student card

student card的字面意思是“学生卡”，也可以表示“学生证”，不如用 student ID card 正式，但比 student ID card 用得更普遍。如：

You can get ten percent off with a student card. 用你的学生证可以给你打九折。

They let you in free if you show your student card. 如果你出示学生证，他们就会让你免费进入。

Students must show their ID cards before using the library. 学生在进入图书馆时必须出示学生证。

4. student’s (ID) card

至于用 student 的所有格，说成 a student’s (ID) card，比较少见，但也不是不可以。如：

其实，a student’s card 的实际意思是“学生的卡片”或“学生的证件”；a student’s ID card 的实际意思是“学生的身份证”（尽管我们可以简单地理解为“学生证”）。换句话说，student card 为复合名词，是一个整体；而 a student’s card 是所有格 student’s 修饰 card。
