第一个句子有歧义，可以有二种理解。第一种理解，in the document 为keep的地点状语，把A保存在B中。第二种理解，in the document为定语，修饰the record. 即record后接二个介词短语作定语。record作为动词的同源名词保留着动词意义，即of介词短语表示动宾关系，表示记录的对象（宾语），in介词短语为记录的位置，record作动词时代的地点状语。现在record作为名词，of介词短语和in介词短语都是record的定语。

第二个句子没有歧义，即of介词短语和in介词短语都是record的定语。of介词短语和in介词短语的位置可以互换。和第一句的第二种理解的意义相同。
