so far不是修饰supplied by......，应该判定为句子里的时间状语，可以把它理解为是修饰限定have used。关系代词which指代的是前面那句话所表述的内容。句子大意：对于这些世界上最大的体育场馆，目前我们使用了世界地图集目录所提供的数据，根据它们确定的永久容量以及（它们）官方网站所更新的信息对这些体育场馆进行了分级排列。
