2 不定式一般式与完成式的问题

Mr.Zhang is estimated to have the incredible intelligence quotient of 200.

1、为何这里不能够用完成式to have had，并且is estimated是现在人们的观点，其不定式的动作应先于谓语的时间吧？

2、是否不定式的一般式也能够表达这种一般/先于谓语的情况？其次将主语换成Einstein这种名人则可以语义通呢？

你的这个句子的结构和意义的理解错误。

Mr.Zhang is estimated to have the incredible intelligence quotient of 200.

= It is estimated that Mr.Zhang has the incredible intelligence quotient of 200.

大家/人们估计老张的智商为惊人的200. 估计是现在，老张有200的智商也是现在的状态。当that从句的主语改为主句的主语时，that从句的谓语动词则改为不定式作主语补足语。如果that从句的谓语时间与主句为同一个时间，则不定式用一般体。如果that从句的谓语动作在主句时间之前，则不定式用完成体。本句中that从句的has和主句的is都是现在, 是同一个时间，所以改为第一种句型时，不定式用to have. 不用完成体。

这是由于这里的have 表示的是现在的客观事实。如果你改为increase 就适合用完成式了，如：Mr.Zhang is estimated to have increased his incredible IQ to 200. 如果你说 Mr.Zhang is estimated to have had the incredible intelligence quotient of 200. 这句话意思是：据估计张先生曾经有过200的智商，言外之意现在不是了。

主语换成名人也一样啊，也许Mr Zhang 也是名人呢。

这种表述，一般用智商作主语，用人名不算错，多见于非正式文体。你可以用Mr.Zhang’s IQ is estimated to have reached/increased/arrive at/reduced ... 但一般不说have had （我不能排除特殊语境或特殊的人会使用，但属于罕见）be estimated to 这种结构一般都是指现在，尽管动作发生在过去，但强调的是结果，即是decreased 还是gone up了。如果你表达对过去状态的估计，要用过去式: It is now estimated that Mr Zhang's IQ was 200 last year.
