有无with的区别

有with是介词短语作状语，理解为原因状语或伴随状语应该都行。

去掉with是所谓的“独立主格结构”了，也可以写成：The problem being solved, the meeting came to its end. 或者The problem having been solved, the meeting came to its end. “独立主格部分“依然作的是状语。
