I grew up in a house where the TV was seldom turned on and with one wall in my bedroom entirely lined with bookshelves, most of my childhood was spent on books I could get hold of.
1. 介词短语on books I could get hold of中books前没有定冠词the合适吗?
I grew up in a house where the TV was seldom turned on and with one wall in my bedroom entirely lined with bookshelves, most of my childhood was spent on books I could get hold of.
where the TV was seldom turned on 是定语从句(先行词 house 之前是 a,也没有特指。 在第二并列分句中,with one wall in my bedroom entirely lined with bookshelves 是 with 复合结构,构成:with + 宾语 + 过去分词(lined...),修饰第二分句,视为原因状语。

An English teacher is a person who teaches English.
I came, I suffered, I survived.
