为什么他的命运注定了，无法改变了，是发生在“我提到一个词的意思时“？？太怪了。
我认为可以理解为不是强调句（除非语境明确），when引导的部分为表语。when=the time that , that it came from Latin and meant blessed that his fate was sealed 是mentioned 的宾语从句。came from 和meant 是并列关系。blessed that his fate was sealed 是meant的宾语。
