关于it is adj. for sb. to sth. 句型的疑问

能否说Under too much pressure,it is universal for our students to pay less attention to health?

因为主语是it 而under too much pressure修饰的是students而非主语it 所以我在想这个句子到底对不对这个句子是我自己想的在阅读里看到过一个类似的句子：For the most popular activities，it is advisable to apply early for a place.我也觉得有点奇怪应该是for people 为什么是for activities呢

不知道我有没有表达清楚还请老师帮忙解答一下，非常感谢！

For the most popular activities, it is advisable to apply early for a place.

网友表达得很清楚，句子也都没错。这些表达不属于“垂悬结构”，尽管使用即可。

关于第二句，你认为，应该是for people 为什么是 for activities，本句，For the most popular activities 指 apply for a place 的目的，不是谁去做。不定式之前可以加上逻辑主语，如第一句，那是为了明确施事者是谁。本句，你如果用 people 换掉 the most popular activities，那么句子意思漏掉了这个目的状语，语义跟原句相差甚远。
