老师，这是从VOA英语里摘抄的一句话，请看：

请问这里的up是什么词性？省略了什么成份？

作为小品词，up 接了宾语是介词，不接宾语是副词。在一些搭配中，词义已经很明确，不需要接宾语，添加宾语意思反而不通。aged 10 and up 整体作定语，修饰students。

字典列其为副词，但我觉得不需要再深扒省略什么了。英语中这些常见结构就是记忆。
