I've left my bag on the bus.
I left my homework in my car.
Like Faith, who often forgets her backpack in the cafeteria, and Lucy, who just wants a hug.
On a regular day, students at the school sometimes come up to him to say they’re not feeling well or other times to tell him about something that happened at break. He knows most of the kids at the school, but can’t name each one. Some of them make him know them. Like Faith, who often forgets her backpack in the cafeteria, and Lucy, who just wants a hug.
Oh damn! I've forgotten my umbrella.
Oh damn! I've left my umbrella at home.
I've forgotten my umbrella at home.)
《朗文高级英语应试词典》(英汉双解)(p.915)认为 forget sth somewhere 是错误的,应该说 leave sth somewhere: I discovered I had left my walking boots at home.
Oh damn! I've forgotten my umbrella.
Oh damn! I've left my umbrella at home.
I've forgotten my umbrella at home.)

forget sth somewhere. He's forgotten his shoes in Caracas, Venezuela, a sportcoat in Inverness, Scotland, toiletries in Hong Kong, and, "most serious of all, my passport in the room safe at the Mandarin Hyde Park,"
1.on a regular day, 指的在平日,很常见。 On a regular day, the luggage compartment at the front of the train is a sea of lunch boxes, all coded in colored paint. A payment due on a regular day moves to the next working day, in case of a holiday or weekend.
2. other times=at other times‘ 可以互换.
3. Some of them make him know them.

1. On a regular day——本人孤陋寡闻,从没有见过这个表达。估计是模仿on a regular basis 自己造的词组。
2. other times——跟副词sometimes 不同,它是一个名词词组,通常加介词at,即:at other times。
3. Some of them make him know them——这个句子是英美国家小学生的语文水平,像是绕口令。
4. forgets her backpack in the cafeteria——

如:She forgot her backpack。
She forgot her backpack in the cafeteria.
I'll have to go back—I've left my jacket.
I've left my bag on the bus.
