句末on是否需要

1）There's a little broom guy there with glasses.

2) There's a little broom guy there with glasses on.

第二句的on是否需要加上？

两个句子都有错误。应该是：There's a little broom guy with glasses there.

不需要. 不需要而加上反而是错的。有没有on的修饰重点是不一样的。比如下面这句，with结构修饰scan动作时，on是必须的。

I'm going to have my face scanned with glasses on
