句子没有语法错误。当表示说、想、认为等意义的动词后接宾语从句时，句子有二种表示方法。以 think 为例。

1 I think that he will come tomorrow. 这是普通表示方法。I think是主句，that从句为宾语。

2 He will come tomorrow, I think. 原来的宾语从句现在做了主语，原来的主句现在成了插入语分句。这种表达方式是为了突出原来的宾语从句内容，让其成为主句。

你的句子就是这种结构，宾语从句做了主句，原来的主句现在为插入语。learned 在此= found out.
