为什么用of(you'd of thought)

在读英文原著《了不起的盖茨比》时,看到一段对话中这样一个句子:

I had a woman up here last week to look at my feet and when she gave me the bill you'd of thought she had my appendicitis out.

我把它当作一道题分享给大家,不知大家如何理解句中of的用法,还是作者笔误?

you'd of thought = you'd have thought = you would have thought
