Have有很多不同语义，其中有的是静态动词，表示状态，这时就不能用进行体。但have也可以用作动态动词，表示事件，例如表示吃、喝、抽烟、开会等，都可以用进行体。Have还可以表示经历某事experience sth. 这是动态意义，可以用进行体。Have difficulty doing sth.中的have就是这个意义，是可以用进行体的。以下为这个意义下的词典例句，该例句中的have都是可以用进行体的：

“Are you having fun?” “Yes, I'm having a wonderful time!”
