他们发现无论是潺潺小溪,还是浩荡大河,都一去不复返,流逝之际青年变成了老翁而绿草转眼就枯黄,很自然有错阴的紧迫感。流逝也许是缓慢的,但无论如何缓慢,对流逝的恐惧使人们必须用“流逝”这个词来时时警戒后人,必须急匆匆地行动,给这个词灌注一种紧张感。

They found that whatever the littering rivers and tottering long channels, are all leaving without backing. Leaving time, the adolescent changed to the elderly and the green grass turns to withered yellow and has the toughest feeling of passing time. Leaving may just slow but whatever slow itself, the scary of the passing time makes people must using “passing by” word to alert people in all time. Approaching forward swiftly is pouring some tough senses of this word.

     事实求是讲,句句都有严重的错误。仅以第一句为例:littering rivers 是“到处是垃圾的河流”的意思,这纯属糟蹋潺潺小溪啊。我在书上看到过这样的翻译:gurgling  creeks streams. 你翻译的Tottering long channels, tottering 是摇摇欲坠的意思,和浩荡有啥关系?这里还拽了个词channel,这个词在陆地指人工河,水渠的意思。浩荡大河一般是天然的,所以只能用rivers,我看应该翻译为majestic rivers. 一去不复返你翻译为:leaving without backing,这中式英语倒是够标准的。 我看整句应该翻译为:They have discovered that all majestic rivers and gurgling creeks are flowing down, never to return. 翻译很复杂,是多年修炼的功夫,本人仅“点到为止”。
