这里是分词making作状语，其逻辑主语应该是与主句一样，而主句是被动语态，所以主句的真正主语应该是80 countries吗？

2、I can provide you with the quotes based on PP or ABS in another email.

请问这里based on是作什么成分？分词作后置定语吗？

这里是分词making作结果状语，其逻辑主语应该就是主句本身，而主句是系表结构，表状态，不是被动语态。80 countries是介词in的宾语，两者合起来作地点状语。

这里based on是过去分词短语作后置定语，修饰the quotes。
