两个都对，取决于说话人强调哪一个。越重要的词越靠近中心词。比如：英文媒体曾用过，Chinese senior leader... 和 Senior Chinese leader... ， a beautiful Chinese girl, 如果在选美比赛介绍时，也可以说 a Chinese beautiful girl 等但有的时候是不能调换的，如：Chinese geological workers。
