我想知道的是While,Nevertheless和whereas的区别。答案给的是While在此引导让步状从。但是Nevertheless和whereas都可做连词，并且whereas和while还经常可以互换，那为什么这题只选B？Nevertheless指尽管作出完全让步,也不会发生任何影响。在此貌似也说得通？虽然做了最大努力保证细节正确，但是公司不对此做任何负责

因为在有些词典中 whereas 的词义没有 although ，而 while 的词义有 although，而且在有些语法书中，引导让步状语从句的连词没有 whereas 而有 while，所以很多人包括命题人可能认为whereas不能引导让步状语从句。

实际上，whereas和while 都可以引导让步状语从句。如：

He is experienced while / whereas he is young. 他虽然年轻，但是很有经验。（徐广联：《大学英语语法讲座与测试》第五版p.849）

Whereas many people have supported the proposal , others have opposed it very strongly. （摘自Merriam-Webster's Advanced Learner's English Dictionary）虽然很多人都支持这一提案，但是其他人强烈反对。

Whereas knowledge can be acquired from books, skills must be learned through practice. 尽管知识可以从书本上获得，但是技巧必须通过实践才能学会。（《麦克米伦高阶英汉双解词典》p.2388）

while 是最佳选择。这里有尽管的意思。whereas 虽然有时可以和while互换，但那必须是两句话是反着对比才行。问题句并不是相反的。它只是一个肯定，一个否定，但并不是两个对立的意思。比如说，你爱吃热食物，而我爱吃冷食。这里可以用whereas 或while. Nevertheless 在现代英语中多用于副词，做连词已经很少用了。当然你这个题还可以用although, even though 等。
