有关宾语提后的一个问题

读杂志的时候遇到一句话"The unpredictability of the real world may bring to the surface a troubling software problem."

这句话正常语序应该是" The unpredictability of the real world may bring a troubling software problem to the surface."

我想知道作者为啥要把宾语提到后面去，有什么含义吗？这个宾语也没有很长啊

英语句子有尾重原则，还有句末信心中心原则。宾语后移无非就是这二种原因使然——要么是宾语过长，结构复杂，要么是要突出强调宾语。这里是突出强调宾语。

又如，put on the coat 突出宾语。put the coat on. 突出on这种状态。put on it. 错误。it是已知信息，没有强调价值，it 置于句末为错误。
