关于with翻译疑问

I have someone whom I am to discuss the matter with.

I have someone with whom I am to discuss the matter.

Would you like to see the man with whom I work?

Would you like to see the man whom I work with?

在翻译定语从句中的with该怎么翻译，老是绕不过去。

1.我有个我要去讨论与有关的人？

2.你想要见我与工作的人？

with就是和...一起的意思。但英语结构和汉语翻译不一定要对号入座。

1 我要和某人讨论这个问题。

2 你想见和我一起干活的那个人吗？
