1 as we know it 是the future of transportation的后置定语，it 为人称代词，指代the future of transportation。又如：Life as we know it needs air and water to survive. it指代life.

2 as we know, 为传统语法的所谓非限制性定语从句，as的先行词为主句。要用逗号与主句分隔。

as we know 是修饰主句的。as we know it 是修饰名词性词组的。
