关于get后面加宾语和宾补

请问老师，在人教版高中英语选修六中有一句话是They should get you started with your project. 这句话中started为什么用过去分词呢? 感觉用get you to start with更合适，表主动。谢谢老师!

start作为及物动词的用法之一为：to cause sb to begin doing sth; to support sb in the first part of a venture or career, etc.

例如：The company started him at the same salary he had been getting at his previous job.

所以，get sb started with sth 这个结构中，started是及物动词的过去分词，被动意义。句子没有错误。

get是谓语，you 是宾语 started 是宾语补足语，宾语和宾语补足语的关系是主谓关系，但句子要表达的是使动，被动的关系，所以用过去分词
